The minority leader of Republican Party House, Kevin McCarthy blames videogames for mass shooting in the US. According to report 26 people died in mass shooting in Dayton and El Paso. In an interview with Fox News, McCarthy said ' Videogames that involve shootings, " dehumanize individuals." and further continues " I've always felt that is a problem for future generations and others. We watch from studies shown before of what it does to individuals and when you look at these photos of how it took place, you can see the actions within videogames." After the comments of McCarthy, Dan Patrick, Texas Lieutenant governor speaking to Fox News says ' videogame industry teaches young to kill.' He claimed that " there've been studies that says impacts of videogames in human brain" and added " I as from few years ago look what has changed in this country? we'd always guns, we've always had evil but the which is has changed the rash of shooting is videogames industry which promotes to kill." The whole incident took place as a lone gunman killed 26 people in a shopping centre in El Paso in which 26 of them got injured due to this incident officials treated this as domestic terrorism (after that police captured a 21 year old boy as a suspect). After13 hours of incident, again firing was started in Dayton which injured 27 people and 9 people were killed, this suspect was identified as Connor Betts, 24 year old guy.
