If you are reading this, I’m sure you are already enjoying Season 6 of COD Mobile. It was recently released on the global community platform. But we couldn’t stop ourselves from getting some exciting details directly from the next season. Yes, you read that correctly. Season 7!
We will be receiving some new maps along with the weapons. All of this information is yet too far away from any official announcement, yet seems pretty much researched. However, the release date would not be reaching our ears as soon as these leaks. So, let’s dive into the ocean of the new season of COD Mobile.
Maps
Shipment
This map has already established its place in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and is now all set to get featured in COD Mobile. Due to its small size, players love it as they can experience the combat environment of small and quick games. The map itself is very symmetrical and is full of containers, as suggested by its name.
The extremely compact design makes spawn more vulnerable and close-range weapons are preferable. Don’t forget to timely blow up the trafficked areas on the map like the northern and southern end of the map. Hopefully, we will witness it in the coming update.
Terminal
It is a medium-sized map coming all the way from Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. This holds the location of an airport terminal with luggage, bars, and small shops covering the whole area. Even the plane interiors can act as your combat arena. It is a complete maze with all the security checkpoints and other small doors in the terminal.
High ground areas like the top of the plane are advantageous and can lead to high kill streaks. Once someone is up there, it would be difficult to remove him from there. SMGs and assault rifles would be most effective in this area.
Dome
Dome was featured in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 and has several close quarters for sudden attacks. To be honest, the dome itself covers a small portion of the whole map. The main objective of placing it there was to provide a better location for snipers. A bunker is set up near the dome with two openings.
All over, the terrain is situated in the desert. Players can also take cover behind multiple vehicles like M1A2 Abrams Tanks scattered on the map. Remember, only the best one wins!
Highrise
It provides you the experience of fighting near the construction area. Basically, it shows two nearly built skyscrapers placed opposite to each other. The central area is occupied with an elevated pad and players might even use it as their advantage point.
The map has a unique feature of multi tiers, which means both the offices are connected through an underground tunnel. Try to surprise your enemies from behind and score those cheeky kills.
New Weapons
We could certainly see new weapons being launched in COD Mobile in the near future. These weapons will not only change the way of playing but also provide new opportunities to the players to test their skills. These guns are probably making their way in Season 7.
