The Hitwicket Superstars was founded by Kashyap Reddy back in the year 2015. It was made for the cricket enthusiasts who love to play mobile games as well. This game was the first mobile Esports IP from India in those days. Not only this, but the game was also chosen for the Prime Minister’s Aatmanirbhar App Innovation Award in 2020.
How to Apply?
As mentioned earlier, the unique way of selecting candidates will be is through playing the game. Yes, you heard that right! Interested candidates need to download and play the game Hitwicket Superstars. No doubt that the selected candidates will have to primarily work on the game itself. It will help them to understand more about the game by playing it. Nothing can be more productive for the company than the employees testing and playing the game themselves.
Selection Criteria
The recruitment panel will monitor the progress of the players once they are in. This process is much similar to an Esports Tournament conducted for the pro players. An MCQ test will be conducted as well to test the technical knowledge of the applicant. A unique ID will help the recruiters to trace the gameplay of each player.
The Top 10 candidates with the maximum progress will be selected and they will skip the written round. These players will directly get the ticked to appear in the interview session. Make sure you have good score in both the stages to be the most appropriate candidate. The application form is open till December 4.
