PUBG Mobile India Series is one of the most popular PUBG tournament in India. All the capable players of the sub-continent try to compete with each other to get crowned as champions. PMIS 2020 registrations were officially opened on 6th May 2020. The best thing about the tournament is that it is not only for the pro teams, but every player can take part in their favorite squad. We are going to discuss the details regarding the rules and other criteria to get yourself registered. Go through this article carefully and avoid any types of disqualifications in the tournament.
Eligibility Criteria
The Official Rulebook of PMIS 2020 states the following minimum criteria for entering your squad.
Level Requirement- All the players of the team must have minimum of level 20 on their account, in any mode (TPP or FPP)
Multiple Teams- A player can only be registered by a single team at a time. Anyone violating this rule can be ruled out of any further matches until the situation is resolved.
Player Age- The player must be in the section of legal age in of the region. Talking about India, 18 is the legal age, but also the players between 16-18 years of age can join the tournament after the parents or legal guardian accepts the rest of conditions on the players behalf.
Ranking Requirement- The players in the roaster must be placed in Platinum tier or above to join the tournament.
Other Rules
Any of the team members should not be employees of Tencent Holdings Limited (“Tencent”), Proxima, Krafton, Inc. (formerly Bluehole), the Tournament Organizer or any of their respective affiliates at any point during the PUBG MOBILE India Series 2020 competitive season.
Each Team is required to maintain, at all times during the PUBG MOBILE India Series, four players in the Team’s starting lineup. PUBG MOBILE India Series 2020 Officials shall have the right to disqualify any Team with an incomplete roster.
Each Team is required to maintain and keep under contract, at all times during the PUBG MOBILE India Series 2020, one person as its manager when completing the online registration process. The Team Manager will be responsible for all logistical and operational communications between Proxima and the Owners of such Team.
A player’s gamer tag or in-game nickname must consist of the player’s Team and player name in the format of “TEAMNAMEPLAYERNAME”. For example, a player named “Anmol” on team “The Rascals” might have the Gamer Tag “TRAnmol”. Gamer Tags will be selected at the time of registration and may not be changed at any time during the PUBG MOBILE India Series 2020.
Registration Process
To get yourself registered, you need to visit the official website of PUBG Mobile India.
Only one player can get the whole team registered by filling the details of all other members of the squad.
- Open the website and click on the Registration tab followed by the Register Now button.
- Firstly, you will need to fill in all the correct team credentials, including Team Name, Logo, Owner’s Name (Captain Name in case of no Owner), Email Address, Mobile Number along with the city.
- Then click Next and fill the captain details. The rest of the members details are also to be filled. Incorrect details won’t get changed later on.
- Finally click the Submit button to complete the registration process.
In extreme case scenario, you will receive a confirmation mail from PMIS officials where you could rectify the details. However, the details can only be changed before the registration closes.
