Raji: An Ancient Epic, is the debut game from the Indie Studio, Nodding Head Games, and already the game is launched on Nintendo Switch as a timed console exclusive.

Raji is an action-adventure game, made entirely in India, and it is the first game from the Indie studio, Nodding Head Games. The story ages back to ancient India and is totally based on Hindu mythology.

The Storyline

Demon king Mahabalasura wants to put an end to human race and wage a war against the Gods. To stop this, the Gods have chosen Raji, a young girl, to defend the human race by fighting off the demons and also save her younger brother, who was abducted by Mahabalsura.

Raji launched on Switch

The Nintendo Indie World Showcase mainly highlighted indie titles from smaller studios, a few of which were made timed exclusive on the Nintendo Switch. Raji was one such indie title and the devs could not be happier when they learnt that their game was launched on Switch. Raji is now available on the Nintendo eShop for a timed discounted price of $22.49 USD. The game will also be out on Steam real soon(around November), for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.

After putting in a lot behind the creation of the game, even selling one of their apartments in the process, the news "Raji launched on Switch" will definitely be a sweet victory for the devs. The rich storytelling, the amazing artworks, the beautiful forts, and the rich Universe based on ancient Hindu Mythology, is all set to amaze gamers in India and abroad as well.
