The more the merrier is what we say!
With so many games releasing in 2019, we felt a little bad we didn't include these in our earlier list of games to look out for, so ENJOY!
As we were making our top ten games list, we found it very hard to choose the games which were going to feature on our list, we had to choose the best among equals. But when you look at it, these games deserve the same attention garnered to the ones on the previous list. For your entertainment, Gamzo presents another 5 games to look out for in 2019!
Metro Exodus
In our personal playthrough of Metro 2033 and last light, it's safe to say that they scared the living daylights out of me! So scared was I, that I had to ask my cousins to keep me company while I charted my way through the eerie landscape in which the game was set. If any thing's certain, its that the new game will have the same eerie feel of its predecessors.
Metro Exodus is a first-person shooter which has elements of both survival and horror blended into a stealth gameplay. Like the last game, Exodus is set in the Russian wilderness where you will fight your way through mutants which bear resemblance to hellish beasts and humans who are waiting to bath in your blood. The game takes place two years after the events of Last light.
If a good scare is right down your alley, or if these games get you all psyched up, definitely pick it up when it comes out on February 22nd.
Wolfenstein: YoungBlood
One of the longest-running video-game series, Wolfenstein has captured the hearts of multiple generations. From the original all the way up to the new colossus. We've not heard much from the game's developers, Machine games, but if the recent entries are anything to go by, expect a storyline jam-packed with history lessons and what could've been.
Youngblood serves as a standalone sequel to Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus. The sequel takes 19 years after the events of the New Colossus. The game is developed by MachineGames which had worked on development on the past Wolfenstein games. The game can be played both as a single player and co-op campaign. If you love the previous games in the installment, then definitely pick this one up.
Crackdown 3
Crackdown 3 resembles the same gameplay elements we've got to know and love with the first two Crackdown games. The game takes place 9 years after the second one. The game features a wide variety of weapons armed to the teeth with customizable attributes. Crackdown 3 has multiple new systems which have been introduced in the game.
The game is made using the Unreal Engine and will be released on the Xbox One and on Windows. Grab your copy when it comes out on February 22nd, 2019.
Days Gone
Days gone is a survival horror game where you play as a biker in a dystopian setting which has been plagued and infested by mindless ravaging zombies with pack mentalities. The trailer seems to put you in a world which literally wants to eat you alive. With the zombies attacking you from one side, and humans and wild animals from the other.
We have nothing to fall back on with this game, so we're going by the gameplay and the trailers. The game looks amazing and very fluid. Your bike plays a very important role in traversing through a world which literally wants to bring you to an early grave. Just the sheer detail of the gameplay shown in the trailer leaves you in awe with the number of enemies on screen.
The game looks like it depends a lot on your relationships with other humans as you co-exist to survive the horrors that crawl by day and the terrors which stalk you at night.
The Division 2
The original game got a divided response. You either loved The Division and couldn't put it down, or you were the ones who were disappointed with the game. We at Gamzo clearly belong to the former category. The Division was a very ambitious game which Ubisoft brought out. The game had elements of Role Playing games and also a PVP system embedded into the game.
The Division 2 is played from a third person perspective and takes place around 7 months after the events of the original game. While the first game was based in Manhattan, the second one is set in Washington DC. The second game takes place as a sequel as humanity is affected by a virus which is planted on banknotes. Expect the same dynamics from the first game with added features and better overall polished effect.
The game is set to be released on March 15, 2019, do make sure you grab your copy if you loved the first one and are looking to wash away the hours playing some good multiplayer action!
