Is BGMI launched: BGMI is now available on Play Store, and out of the beta phase: Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) has officially been launched today, 2 July 2021, and the game is now out of beta phase. Indian fans can now download the game from Play Store and similarly, beta users can update it.

Krafton has announced, "Fasten your seatbelts and get your squads ready, we welcome one and all to the official launch of BATTLEGROUNDS MOBILE INDIA!". While thanking the Indian users, it also said, "We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all the fans in India who have been waiting for the official launch of Krafton's BATTLEGROUNDS MOBILE INDIA.
As of July 2, 2021, thanks to your support, BATTLEGROUNDS MOBILE INDIA has been officially released.

BGMI data transfer data transfer to stop on 6 July

Those who have played the PUBG MOBILE Nordic Map: Livik (“Prior App”) can transfer their account data to the BATTLEGROUNDS MOBILE INDIA (“New App”) and continue playing. Data transferred accounts can receive pre-registration rewards.

However, Krafton has now fixed a timeline on the BGMI data transfer procedure. You can only import your PUBG Mobile data till 6 July 2021 and after that, the BGMI data transfer service will be unavailable till further notice, which basically means that the service will stop after 6 July. So, be sure to transfer your data from PUBG Mobile to BGMI. We have prepared a guide just for that, do check it out, if you are having trouble.

BGMI is available on Play Store for everyone to download

If you have not yet downloaded the game, you can do so from Play Store, BGMI is now available for everyone to download. Alternatively, if you are already a beta tester, you can head over to the BGMI Play Store page (link), and tap on the update button to get BGMI official app.

Is BGMI available on iOS?

BGMI has only been launched for Android users for now, and not for iOS users. Although it was expected that the iOS version of BGMI would be launched along with the Android version, the BGMI iOS version has been delayed, and it might be launched on 6 July 2021, as we had reported.
