Hello there, welcome to the first walkthrough of The Shadow of the Tomb Raider.
The game begins with a cutscene of a plane about to crash with Jonah and Lara as passengers. The plane crashes which is when Lara and Jonah get separated.
The narrative then flashes back two days earlier where you will find Lara stuck with her leg pinned by a rock. You will then have to pry out Lara's leg using a knife. She then manages to get out through the extremely cramped passage in between the rocks.
After she's out, she calls Jonah and then a series of basic instructions are displayed for the player's reference.
After climbing a bit, you will find an ancient relic. A cutscene follows it where Lara takes pictures of the relic and she's met by Jonah. Lara and Jonah admire the relic which helps her to find a riddle hidden within the writings. Lara will then accidentally step on a camouflaged pressure plate which triggers an explosion which leads to the collapse of the ruins. You will then have to control her out of the cave in the open.
