Fixtures for Day 16:
Global Esports v/s Team Valour [2-0]
Global Esports took on Team Valour to start out the day, who put out quite a decent fight putting up a fight of 13-9 on Bind, and 13-7 on Ascent. HellrangeR was dominant throughout the series, with the rest of the team playing super well aswell.
Team Valour put up a respectable effort on Bind, with The Game putting up a 1.10 Rating Game on the Jett whilst his team secondary duelist Busterr also put up respectable numbers. Team Valour did well to get entries with them getting more entries through both maps than Global Esports with SkRossi not being upto his usual antics due to his eye difficulties. Unfortunately they clearly could not convert that rounds they had advantages on, and the composure and experience of Global Esports pulled through.
Samurai Esports v/s Kuch Bhi [2-0]
Samurai Esports took on the stream-dream team in Kuch Bhi, and took it quite closely with an unbelievable game from excali to take them through. They took both Bind and Ascent 13-7 and 13-11 respectively, with most games throughout TEC coming close on Ascent specifically.
Excali had a blinder of a game, going in with 8 first bloods whilst giving away only one throughout, with blackhawk going with 6-1 on a similar note. Whimp also had a respectable 5 first bloods on his Sova, and psy probably had a game to forget. He went negative, whilst also going 0.79 on the jett with 10 entries given away! On the side of Kuch Bhi of course pashasahil had a great game, just not enough to convert it into a map win.
What to look out for on Day 17:
Looking ahead to Day 8, we are going to see Team Valour taking on TempesT wheras Force One look to take on the Goliaths of Global Esports.
The games will be streamed live here. Tune in at 11 AM IST for action packed VALORANT goodness!
