There are only about 120 Radiant players in Valorant in each region. Only the elite players get to the rank. While this is a huge achievement, sometimes it goes wrong. Since TenZ is on the Radiant rank along with only a fraction of the Valorant players and his Elo rating is so high that he has to wait very long in the matchmaking queue. And sometimes it even hits 3 hours.
