Fixtures for Day 7:

Godlike Esports v/s Team Simple [2-0]

Day 8 began with a dominant performance from the new 6-man Godlike which recently added antidote into the team, with them putting up a dominant double of 13-4 and 13-5 across two maps of Ascent and Bind. The standout performer for Godlike was of course Deathmaker who put out a bonkers 2.14 kd, but the rest of the team all had good games as well, showing a comfort-ability which they hadn't shown in a long time.

On the side of Team Simple, most players had nights they'd want to forget, except kpkp1 who actually put out quite a good game, although the scoreline does not reflect the same. He had a KD of 1.12 on the Astra, getting 5 first bloods whilst only giving away 1!

Global Esports v/s Team Inazuma [2-0]

The other game we saw was a heavily weakened Global Esports taking on Team Inazuma. Global Esports played this series with their manager Nghtmre2k in place of SkRossi who was rested due to a medical condition.

If there was any a time to beat Global Esports, it would have been this game, but the feat seemed beyond Team Inazuma even though they came close on Haven with a 13-11 scoreline. On the second map, Ascent, Global definetly woke up and took the game in typical Global Esports norm, 13-3.

What to look out for on Day 8:

Looking ahead to Day 8, we are going to see 3 BIG teams go out at it. T69 will be taking on Samurai Esports wheras Velocity Gaming look to begin their dominance with mw1 against Kuch Bhi.

The games will be streamed live here. Tune in at 11 AM IST for action packed VALORANT goodness!
