The 10.11 patch notes for lol have arrived and this time the biggest change isn't the balancing changes rather it is the Volibear update.

The Storm

On the off chance that Frenzied Maul is utilized on an injured objective, its harm is expanded by half and Volibear reestablishes 20/35/50/65/80 life + 8/10/12/14/16% of his missing wellbeing (half compelling against flunkies)."
The Thundering Smash
Cooldown: 14/13/12/11/10 seconds
Mana: 50
"Volibear increases 10/15/20/25/30% development speed for 4 seconds (or 20/30/40/50/60% towards foe Champions) and the capacity to travel through units. While dynamic, Volibear's next fundamental assault bargains 20/40/60/80/100 (+120% bAD) reward harm and paralyzes the objective for 1 second.
Volibear becomes infuriated if an adversary immobilizes him before he paralyzes an objective, resetting this capacity and its cooldown."

The Excited Maul
Cooldown: 5 seconds
Mana: 30/35/40/45/50
